On Sunday, March 2nd, we’ll be back in Potsdam with our partner JaSu Natural Balance, offering a brand-new workshop featuring Sela Tongue Drums and Handpans tuned to 432 Hz.
Our workshop begins with a brief introduction to Handpans and Tongue Drums, as well as an explanation of the 432 Hz tuning, renowned for its calming and harmonizing effects. Drawing from Hans Cousto’s Cosmic Octave formula, we’ll provide insights into the healing frequencies and their applications.
We’ll explore the therapeutic potential of these instruments and demonstrate essential playing techniques tailored specifically for therapy with both adults and children. Practical exercises in playing techniques, rhythmic basics, and partner interactions will round out the experience.
