The Sun design is based on the Dark Moon surface concept and features an untreated, matte bronze base combined with an arrangement of concentric circles with a glossy finish. This contrast highlights the handcrafted structure of the gong and creates a distinctive visual depth.

The polished concentric rings subtly influence the response and overtone development, adding clarity and projection while preserving the earthy, complex sound character of the untreated surface. Visible hammer marks and natural patina remain intact, making each gong visually and acoustically unique.
