What I love about instruments is that they convey warmth and harmony. Their quality is unmatched. I use the metal bowls at the end of my yoga practices to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My students love and eagerly await that moment.

Flor is a Yoga and Movement teacher with over 20 years of experience. She is 43 years old, originally from Argentina and has been living in Mallorca for 4 years now. Her classes are focused on enabling each participant to establish a dialogue with their own body, thereby connecting with their desires and feelings. Her source of inspiration is nature and movement as a somatic expression.
