Bert Peyffers is a Belgian percussionist.
At the age of 13, he started playing the cajon and fell in love with this beautiful instrument. This young percussionist gained recognition by participating in „Belgium’s Got Talent“ and reached the semifinals as a solo artist. Bert has also received several Belgian music awards for his self-written music.
This musician is known for his eclectic playing style, combining various grooves and techniques on his cajon.
Bert has performed at numerous major festivals and TV shows both in Belgium and abroad. Currently, he is primarily touring with his band ‚Ão‘. For the recording of their first full album (Ao Mar), Bert used a Majesty Handpan and various cajons from Sela. Check it out!
