On September 29th, our partner percussion+m is hosting a Handpan Community Circle, and you are all warmly invited to join. This workshop is designed for participants who already have some experience playing the handpan.
Under the guidance of Mathias Reuter, you will create a handpan orchestra and play together as a group.
Mathias Reuter is a percussionist and the managing director of percussion+m. As a certified Drum Circle Facilitator and Mentor, he brings extensive experience in music education, including Handpan instruction. After studying social sciences, he has been leading Drum Circles since 2001 and conducting workshops to teach the art of playing the Handpan. Additionally, he is the co-author of the book “Drum Circle – der Groove für alle” and offers further training for music educators.
Sela handpans will be available for use during the course, but you are also welcome to bring your own instrument.
