On Sunday, March 9th, we will be at our partner Shop2Rock and are excited to offer two beginner handpan workshops!
Would you like to learn the basics of handpan playing? In these two-hour courses, our Sela instructor Thomas Tiefenbacher will teach you striking techniques, coordination exercises, as well as your first rhythms and melodies.
Thomas Tiefenbacher is a German musician, music producer, and experienced percussionist. His career began as a drummer, touring extensively across Europe and performing at major festivals. Through his years of work in the music industry, he has developed a deep understanding of rhythm and percussion. As the founder of the Cosmic Vibration project, he has gained broad stage experience, performing in countries such as Russia, Brazil, India, and across Europe. Thomas is a versatile musician, known for his skills as a professional drummer, handpan player, and composer. His passion for rhythm and melody makes him an exceptional instructor for handpan workshops.
